Sherwoods Cottage is surrounded by the picturesque hills and creek flats of the Rocky Creek Valley halfway between Narrabri and Bingara in north western NSW on our cattle property, The Oaks.
It is a comfortable two bedroom, self contained cottage with generous verandahs facing east and north east which catch the morning sun.
We have a goal of encouraging bio-diversity on our property, as well as sustainable farming practises which is reflected in our lifestyle.
Did you know that it is actually shorter to leave the Newell Highway at Narrabri coming past Sherwoods Cottage, then on to Bingara and Warialda or Inverell, if you are going to the North Coast, the Gold Coast or Brisbane?
We call it The Scenic Route and it is truly beautiful. It also takes you away from all those trucks!
Sherwoods Cottage is pet friendly and also offers safe accommodation for horses.
